GMAT, acronym for Graduate Management Admission Test, is the registered trademark of Graduate Management Admission Council, and is a standard requirement for admission to Graduate Business Schools and to all M.B.A. degree programs . Effective January 2006, GMAT will be developed and administered by a new Vendor, PEARSON VUE & ACT, Inc., and the current Vendor, ETS (Educational Testing Service) will no longer be associated with the GMAT test.
